In collaboration with Nak’azdli Development Corporation, Gehloff Consulting, Deadwood Innovations, Prakash Architecture, and DIGITAL, we proudly present Timber House, a sustainable prefabricated housing kit.

This innovative system harnesses advanced NLT panel construction, blending the natural beauty of timber with cutting-edge engineering to create homes that are efficient, resilient, and and evoke a sense of warmth and comfort. Timber House is more than a home; it’s a community-driven initiative.

By integrating local materials and workforce training, this project fosters capacity building, supports the local economy, and champions a circular economy approach. The design consists of simple, elegant form that embraces a feeling of belonging within the surrounding landscape.

The Timber Showhouse is scheduled to be built within Nak’azdli in Spring/Summer 2025.
